Takealot do not provide legitimate Tax Invoices

Our company paid Takealot.com R1,000-00 and I, as the Accountant received a "Tax Invoice" that stated "*VAT at 15%included: R 0.00" so I called them to get a corrected Tax Invoice. Apart from providing the Waybill & Invoice number the response was that I had to provide information that was not on their illegitimate Tax Invoice in order to find the document that I was referring to. The above leads me to wonder if they are declaring their Output VAT correctly?
