TAKEALOT DO NOT HONOUR REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

I bought a set of cases, only used the smallest one this last weekend. The handle is not long enough to pull comfortably. I returned the set to Takealot only to be declined a refund. It's the first time I used the product and the model is defective making this handle not long enough. They refuse to refund me because it was just out of the 30 day period.
