Takealot do not give credit for return

An item was returned and Takealot advised that my account was credited with the amount which they never did. After numerous calls to Takealot they advised that they advised each time that they will return my calls and refund the credit by means of a voucher, of which I never got any call or a refund. Each time they gave me the same empty promise. Do not deal with Takealot as you do not get the credit out of them for returns.
