Takealot do not fulfill their return policy

After three weeks of trying to get my money back for stock that was returned to Takealot, its seems at this time they are ignoring my mails, and ignoring the fact that at this point in time they have ****** R1437.00 of my money. I have all the facts and documents to proof they are in the wrong, but yet it seems I am being punished for the mistake they made. Come on Takealot after years spending my money with you and then the first time I do a return and you make the mistake, I am being left in the dark and with R1437.00 out of pocket (to date..............I am hoping this will change).
