Takealot do not care about animals,Staff members are unprofessional and rude,

We are a small animal shelter,We have ordered dog food through Takealot.com, (As I have explained to the manager that we were on our last bag of dog food and was afraid our rescue dogs will sleep on a empty stomach) as I explained to the Takealot branch manager in the morning 09:OO and I asked if I should perhaps go buy some dog food just so that the dogs can eat.But he assured me that in 2 hours time I will get the delivery and since then he never picked up my calls till 4PM,I had to go to the local pet shop to buy bags of dog food as I have lost trust in Takealot completely. The Customer service I received was the worst and very rude and disrespectful, I have to lodged my complaint with the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service I have incured,Firstly I was told by the driver that they wont deliver as they are a sub contractor and Takealot will not compensate them for their miscalculation of kms as they thought it was near to them,Called the manager at 09:00AM in the morning he said that he will fix it and my dogs will get the food, They said they were out of their delivery range and I cannot get the dog food so ,I should wait for them to dispatch again and wait more days to get the food,The manager as well was quite rude ,He blatantly told me that it is not his job to follow up on queries and complaints as they deal with alot of problematic clients on a daily basis

I have also being told by the manager that he doesnt have time for me and he is dealing with more important things,I have a strong social media following I am going to post there as well till my issue gets fixed

Takealot used to be so professional and offered world class service but now it is as if Takealot just dont care about their company image ,customers and hires just anybody without proper vetting processes and managers that actually do know what they are doing and that are *********** to carry out their duties

As this is my 3rd complaint regarding Takealot customer service
