Takealot do not care

As a seller on Takealot I find it disgusting that we can phone no one to sort out a problem, the only people you can phone are the uneducated call center agents who are trained like parrots. Takealot does not care one bit for their sellers, just make ridiculous rules. Can not wait for amazon to launch, you guys are gonna fall big time if you do not change the way you do things
