I have a small online business that is suffering under Takealot, i sent a customers return back on the 24th of September, it was received by the merchant on 29 September and as of today 7 October, not even a update, 30 phone calls later and promises of escalations to return departments but nothing, Takealot please do better small businesses are suffering.
