Takealot do actually have a customer division or do you simply not give a d##n?

I ordered an item from Takealot on Monday which was delivered yesterday. So far so good. The item was not overly expensive, approximately R3000.00. However when it was delivered it was not only second hand, but actually looked as if it was ready for the s**** heap. I tried to contact takealot at 08:30 this morning to have it taken back and replaced with a new one, however trying to get hold of their customer care section is like trying to find hens teeth. It seems as if they don't exist.
