Takealot disspointmemt

I'm extremely disappoint with the service delivery from Takealot. When I booked my delivery, I saw it was ro be delivered on Thursday this week. I was happy to be notified it was coming on Tuesday. I missed the call due to work. The call was at about 11am, there was no voicemail or attempt to redeliver.Wednesday same thing. Come Thursday I wait in anticipation for call, when does come I had popped out as this time the delivery person came after 1pm. The delivery person refused to wait for me to get back as they had many other deliveries BUT insured me they will deliver it Friday that week. I get an email that afternoon to say my package has been returned and no longer exists. I have store credit which I dont want,I wanted the items I had bought and was informed would be delivered. If I had know this would be this bad I would have planned for collection which you have 7 days to do! Not 4 days they gave me for delivery.
