Takealot dissipointment

I ordered a Scruff a luv as my daughter really wanted one. It arrived 22Nov2023 as it was a Christmas present I did not open ot as it was wrapped in plastic. When she opened the parcel on 25 Dec 2023 not all the accessories were in the box. I requested the parcel to be picked up and for them to return one that had all its parts.

i received an email stating i missed the 30 day return and as some items were missing they returned the item.

I explained it was a gift thus was only opened later.

I then wrote a review and it has been sent back twice now because I wrote how bad the product it because it was not was asvertised. But they keep sending my reveiw back.

My daughter is really dissapointed.
