Takealot Dissatisfaction

I ordered goods from takealot for the first time and was really disappointed in the Service. Firstly it indicated that the order would be delivered on the 5 Aug then after waiting for the order to be delivered on the 5th the order delivery date was charged to the 11th. After receiving the goods and opening the box the goods were damaged. #WIN
