Takealot dissapoints

They delivered a wrong item (cheaper than the item I ordered). Then collected the item on 12 December after I requested takealot to exchange it for the correct item I ordered and paid for. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update and all I get is that they will investigate and get back to me. This is very disappointing as I am used to, and expect much better service from takealot. This was a gift for a good friend and now three weeks later he still does not have his gift.
