Takealot dissapoints!!

I ordered a 3 pack of Coffee from Takealot and only recieved a 2 pack. I did not sign for the parcel and immediatly logged a return. on their system they show that I signed for the parcel. i have called their returns deparment many times and they cut my calls off. I have spent more time and mo9ney on this matter probably than what the Coffee is worth... I do not have what I ordered and Takealot has my money
