TAKEALOT Dissapointment

As a first time user and being convinced by friends and family to use their service, I thought instead of staying with current online suppliers Ill give them a go, Point proven to friends and family that their reviews are terrible and correct.

I placed an order using their Ozow payment platform only to have funds transferred to TAKEALOT and later on receiving and email to say order cancelled. After numerous phone calls and emails I still have not received any correspondence stating a resolution to the problem, it just keeps on being escalated to finance.

This is not an isolated case as previous reviews states the same. Take the R800 as a donation, you have certainly lost a lot more than one regular customer.
