takealot dissapointing refund process

I am so disappointed with the refund process of take a lot. I speedily received my order which included Everlast pink boxing gloves size 8 oz. The gloves were small so i returned them for an exchange for a bigger size 12 oz. Behold I received back the same small size 8 oz instead of 12 oz. I returned them for the second time and opted for a refund this time around Return code- MRRN-RXVWD-KNR6 . Currently, the tracking system is showing that my order was returned and received on the 24th January 2025, refund processes and return is concluded. There are no funds received in my account nor a credit for refund reflecting in the takealot online account. no email or phone number to contact on the website. Take a lot is a one way purchase , no returns no refunds it seems. very disappointed
