takealot dissapointed customer

I have purchased a notebook from takealot in November last year. I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received, not long after receiving my notebook it stopped working. I tried to send it back but it was sent back to me saying they cannot help me. I feel I have wasted my money and I will never purchase anything from takealot, be it electrical or any other product. I suggest any person thinking about purchasing a laptop or any electrical devise, think again. Waste of time and money.
