Takealot disrespectful of Customers Time

Having a terrible time with TakeALot.com

Order nr : ***5, placed and paid for using xredit allocated to my account for a previous phone that TakeALot.com fed me lies that it was being repaired, after close to 2 months, a credit was passed, I used this credit to purchase another phone on 22/07, The website says ordet to be delivered by 24/07, however nothing, their customer services are equally useless, obly providing parrot responses.

Order Nr : ***2 - Order was placed sms received, website says it will be delivered today 25/07 beforr 5pm, However Lithe from customer services sent me an email it will now be delivered tomorrow 26/07?!?!

What nonsense is this??
