Takealot disregarded my choice and it's own thing

I purchased a cordless iron less than 6 months ago. I requested a replacement. They said it's out of stock yet i can clearly see they are available online. Anyway i was Igiven 2 options: repair the iron or get a refund. I rep**** and asked for my iron to repaired. Before i could even respond takealot processed a refund. I want my iron and i want it repaired. No one is responding. I asked for it to be escalated and no joy. THIS IS EXTEMELY UNFAIR.
