Takealot dishwasher

I recently bought a 13 place dishwasher from takealot.com. the dishwasher was on special during the black friday promotion. After about a week and a half i received a call from takealot.com to say that the dishwasher had been damaged during transportation and that another dishwasher will be send to me. I accepted that but they have been keeping on a line for another 2 weeks as to when my dishwasher will be delivered. First they said that the dishwasher will be delivered as soon as possible and with the next followup a week later i was informed that the dishwasher will be transported with a 3rd party. Upon me following up on when the item will be delivered. I was informed that the dishwasher has been dispatched with the said transporter and they cannot give me a exact day when the item will be delivered. I phone d them today to say that i no longer want the dishwasher and that they must rather cancel my order and give me my money back. Never have i ever experienced such poor service from them and i will never buy any product from them ever again. This is the worse customer experience I have ever had and will recommend nobody to ever buy from them again
