Takealot dishonesty

I ordered a large item, and a delivery surcharge was added, understandable.

Takealot then proceeded to cancel said item stating no stock availability, not ideal, but this also happens.

I requested a refund so I can purchase the item from another source, refund was completed same day, amazing?

I thought so, but, delivery surcharges do not get refunded, even though the item was never dispatched.

What would yo call this?
