Takealot Dishonesty

Returned a 8 month old Hisense tv which I had not damaged and was declined a replacement due to "user damage" which is a blatant lie. Requested proof for this decision to no avail. If that is their assessment which is completely false then they must provide proof. I will continue to use every channel to voice my disgust.
