TAKEALOT. DISHONEST STAFF & USELESS COURIER SERVICE

Big order put in on 29th Nov only half delivered on 23 Dec. Following problems; 1. Staff member we dealt with has made continuous empty promises concerning our outstanding packages. 2. Phone lines are down between 45 mins and 1 hour earlier than stated on emails and their telephonic recording. 3. Absolute bad service 4. They seriously need to get a more efficient, reliable and honest courier service. Using Fast & Furious will defiantly damage their business. 5. Will not be using TAKEALOT again until they change courier service. The only reason they got a 1 star rating from me is because this page doesn't go further without clicking on one.
