Takealot - Dishonest service

Recently bought a Hoover vacuum and when it arrived there was a fault with the unit. I returned the item and requested that they replace it. A few days later they credited my takealot account and when I queried why the unit wasn't replaced, they informed me that they didn't have any stock....funny, whilst speaking to the agent I was online and their website showed that they have plenty stock in their JHB and CPT branches. The agent then explained over the phone and via email that the system doesn't update and that they don't have stock. An hour later I contacted their call center again, just to confirm stock availability and I was informed that they have plenty stock available!!!! This call was recorded. Takealot uses false advertising, lies to their clients and consider their clients to be illiterate and I will not accept this!!!!
