Takealot dishonest and *****ulent

I ordered items as a gift for my fiancé, as I work overseas. I returned home now and saw the items.

Takealot is dishonest about the size (mass) of the 1 item, and it is less than a third of the size ordered. They refuse to refund the item.

The other item is a miniature uature version of one I have replaced already. The Takealot adverti*****t is misleading and *****ulent, indicating a much larger item than the one I received, and a miniature version of others available in the market. They refused to refund this item as week.
