Takealot dishonest

I ordered and paid for a Bulk Pack of 3 Eurolux battery bulbs, My order confirmation email confirms this, clearly stating Bulk Pack x 3, when I recieved the parcel there was only 1x Eurolux battery bulb, I imediatly emailed Takealot, to which they rep**** that I only ordered 1. They have now gone and updated the product on their site as to only 1 for that price, however at the time of my purchase it was listed as a bulk pack of 3. I have sent them my proof where my order confirmation email clearly confirms that at the time I ordered and paid it was for 3. They have stopped responding to my emails and say that I can return the 1 bulb for a refund, but I want what I paid for and what I ordered, I feel that they are being dishonest and going against the consumers rights. I have always loved and raved about Takealot and their service but this has completely let me down.
