Takealot disgusting service

Takealot really disappointed me. Order number *** was not delivered and when we did a follow up we were sent pics of the order and the box is damaged the items which include medication are no longer in the box? Why?? On the website it says the order was delivered which is not true and now we get pics from the delivery guys that the box is damaged.
