Takealot disgusting service and support system

Disgusting service and support from Takealot. Bought a laptop worth R20k and surprisingly received a paper trimmer completely different item. Tried all my best to get it all sorted but all in vain. Waited over a month only receiving apologies sent from pillar to post. Now my return has been cancelled we no explanation whatsoever....... Complete **** when you think of buying so called specials on Takealot. How do I even get back my money.....nobody knows.....very disgusting and disappointed feeding on the hard earned people's money
