Takealot disgusting service

On the 30th of October 2024 I bought hair clippers for my son and a cleaning product from Takealot,it took a while for them to deliver but eventually they did hit they did not deliver with the cleaning product. Its the 20th of November today I still haven't received it,I've done numerous calls to their contact center and everytime I'm told that they are still waiting for feedback. This I find very annoying and appalling. Can't be waiting for a cleaning product for almost a month!!!
