TAKEALOT DISGUSTING SERVICE

The level of service is deteriorating. Utterly disappointed after using takealot for quiet some time. I ordered an item on the 10th of June, paid by credit card and expected delivery on the 22nd June. I get a message 3 days before that item will be delivered on the 29th June. Today is the 25th and I receive an email my ordered has been cancelled. My money is sitting in their account and I can't get it back.I have to choose another product.I am annoyed and irritated at the level of service experienced. I expect proper feedback from this company.
