Takealot- Disgusting service!!

Disgusted at take alot!! I bought a phone which did not deliver what was promised, i returned the phone only for me to be told that the charger was not in the box!!! It was ****** at the warehouse! Instead of taking action against their staff the phone was returned to me and the return has been marked concluded!
