TAKEALOT! DISGUSTING RETURN SERVICE!!! SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW RETUEN OF CERTAIN ITEMS AND HELPDESK IGNORES YOU!!!!!!!

Disgusting service when trying to return some items. Their system is just stupid!!! I ordered 15 different items on 1 order. 1 item was a pack of 2 Knives. I order 4x the 2pack. When I tried to process the return, they only allowed me to process 1x the pack. I have written to them and explained about 6 times, but they DO NOT READ YOUR EMAILS. Every time a different consultant responds and says they have solved it because they can see that 1 set of the knives was returned. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO SOMEBODY BECUASE YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE, AND EITHER THEY ARE ALL STUPID< OR THEY CANNOT READ!!! DISCUSTING RETURN SERVICE!!! DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU WANT TO KEEP IT!!!!
