Takealot disgusting after sale service

Bought a TV, and the quality of the TV was pathetic. I had the TV for less than a month and returned the TV. I then get a mail from a person called Teffo to say they cannot accept the return because it's not according to policy. I also get sent pictures of the TV which does not look like the TV I bought and sent back. I emailed them a dozen time and till today I have had no reply at all. I always shop at takealot, because of the convenience and quality was always exceptional, but this time round I am disgusted at their service.
