Takealot disguised wrongful delivery with whoops sorry your item is out of stock!

I promised not just threatened that I'd complain about your service and here it is for all to see

I ordered an important item which could not possibly be mistaken for a 10inch selfie light and stand , then to be told my item is out of stock. I have been through 7 call center agents and numerous emails trying to get this resolved to no avail and the same nonsense response about t&c's

When disappointing a customer, the expectation is to resolve the issue with urgency, which simply Takealot certainly does not understand as the operative word in this case.

Not only do you deliver the incorrect item knowing full well that the correct item was out of stock but then to make me wait excruciatingly long for my refund.

Simply the most pathetic service I have every received and your attempt to pull the wool over my eyes with your lies about accidentally sending the wrong item is not only disgusting but tantamount to ***** .

Warning to others who order from Takealot, your better off getting it from the source, don't trust these con artists you will be disappointed.
