Takealot disgraceful customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service received! To pay for products and not receive access to online books. Takealot is unwilling to assist in getting a matter resolved they merely giving customer responses that they are unable to assist. I have purchased ebooks and have zero access to it due to there processes with adobe. I am appalled at the fact that takealot service agents has no management on floor to assist in matters that there agents cant assist with.
