Takealot disaster - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I have 2 problems with Takealot

1 is a simple yet cheeky one, they rejected a return because the box was damaged BUT I received the box in this condition inside a Takealot box.

Double standards much?

Second I purchased and had a radio professionally installed by a reputable company to find that the wiring on the radio did not work, as a result my car battery now drains every day and i am unable to uitilise my vehicle confidently, it cost me an additional R900 to have the radio installed and upon talking to the Takealot vendor he was rude and unhelpful, upon talking to his technician he admitted that that particular range of radios had a fault.

I am now waiting for Takealot to sort the matter out but between this and the damaged box they sent me I'm not so confident!
