Takealot disaster

I've never experienced so much mess and disorder from a company as I have with this bunch. These guys are completely clueless when it comes to their own processes. On 26 November I bought 2 mountain bicycles with front discs as per the image and description for my kids Christmas. I was promised that they would be delivered on 13 December, only on 23 December 2019 were the bicycles delivered but it was not the items I bought. The bicycles didnt have front brake discs as per the sale agreement. Then I logged a call for both bicycles to be picked up and replaced. Yesterday I received an email that they will credit my takealot account as per my request when I logged a complaint which was never my request in the first place. So I called them and spoke to Lebo from their Cape Town branch and she now tells me that the price has gone up and I will have to pay more. This I find odd because had they delivered the correct item we wouldn't be having any issues.
