Takealot Disappoints Greatly

I recently (about 10 months ago) bought a Suunto Spartan Sport watch from Takealot.com while it was on a very good promotion sale. It has a very good 5 year warranty on the watch. About two months ago the wrist band broke and I returned it to takealot for the replacement of the wrist band.

About a week or two past and they rep**** that they cannot replace the wrist band, and I have been credited the amount I bought the watch for.

I asked them that I would rather have the watch back as I won't be able to buy the same watch for the credit they gave me.

After a while they returned my request and said they could not find the watch, it's lost in their own warehouse....

After countless emails and calls they said they will replace my watch with a watch of similar specification, I must just send the link.

Link send, still no response, had to phone them after a week, only to hear that some team leader decided that they will not honor their commitment made to replace the watch with one of similar spec.

I am still awaiting Takealot to respond to my last email requesting them to honor their promise made.
