Takealot disappoints again 😤

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience. I ordered a 'Birthday Queen' sash and crown for my milestone birthday, but received a 'Birthday Girl' sash instead. I requested collection and replacement, assuming it was an honest mistake, especially since you're still advertising the product.

However, I was informed that the item is out of stock and my account was credited. I didn't want a refund; I wanted the specific product I ordered to make my special day unforgettable.

This is the second time I've faced stock issues with your company. Previously, I ordered a wig that was also out of stock after two weeks.

Crediting my account doesn't rectify the situation. You've spoiled my milestone birthday, and I'm left feeling disheartened.

They should have provided a suitable replacement or compensation that meets my original request.. How do I know that they'll be able to deliver my order in future. Not ordering with them again 😡
