Takealot disappoints again!!!

I returned a salt lamp after purchasing it as it did not work the first day. So I used the credit as long as well as other stuff but they are not applying my credit. I'm very disappointed as I spend 1000's at a time at takelot. Please sort this out immediately. Cancel my order and credit me for my salt lamp and I will reorder
