Takealot disappoints!!

Shocking service! Takealot hides behind its inefficient lines of communication (email) Impossible to resolve issues as responses take forever and dont actually address the issue!! Messed up my order, then cancel the order. Needless to say the birthday present I ordered never arrived and then they have the cheek to cr my Takelot account rather than put the money back in my cr card. #***2
