Takealot disappoints

I have spent a lot of money at takealot. My latest order arrived without a part which I reported and sent pictures. I have not had any response the order reference Order #***9 Ordered 9 Jan 2020Paid 9 Jan 2020

All I want is for takealot to deliver the missing handle so that I can use the item I bought which is a food griller pan. I don't want to go and fetch one.
