Takealot disappointment

Takealot never delivers to my city on Sundays or public holidays. Suddenly you they decided to deliver on a Sunday and on a public holiday when my family was away. My order was cancelled cause they tried to deliver twice on Sunday and once on the public holiday. The drivers never stated that the order would be cancelled. Not satisfied. We have been customers for a long time and always were pleased with your service. The items also took very long to be delivered. My wife ordered these items long ago. So obviously they wont send the items at the same cost...theyll lose money. Greedy.
