Takealot disappointment :/

*** Just a warning for anyone ordering from takealot during december. I choose goods according to their **** “in stock” statement on their website which also state should be delivered by xmas. It was all goods that i could have bought locally here in jogannesburg but just thought to avoid long ques in dec takealot would be easier. What a mistake. Temu delivers faster. First delivery date 28 dec already after the date that was stated on the site but its ok still before new yr. BUT TODAY i get an email they will only deliver on the LAST DAY of my annual holiday 10 JAN 2025. No effort made to al least send some of my 9 items oh no the whole order will be delayed. I spent R1980 and this is the service you get. I thougt about ordering the kids stationery from takealot but rather by it myself because i do wish them to use it in term 1. :/
