Takealot Disappointment

So disappointed in Takealot. I place an order on the 20th September 2020 and the delivery date was set to the 23rd September 2020, after making a payment the delivery date suddenly changed to the 6th October 2020. I then had to contact Takealot in which they then informed me that one of the products was not in stock. My issue is why did they advertise it as being in stock when they were still going to procure it from the supplier? I’m so disappointed in them and I don’t think they should be selling alcohol as they cannot meet the customer’s needs. I had to buy alcohol elsewhere as I was hosting an event. Not only did they waste my time, however they inconvenienced me financially too. Definitely not recommending them to anyone for anything.
