Takealot disappointment

I have had a very unpleasant buying experience which has left me very disappointed in the Takealot family.. I purchased a Fitbit which started having issues and long story short was returned. Takealot sent it back to supplier who subsequently returned the unit saying it was fixed. It was anything but and constant e-mails to take a lot have left nothing resolved, I am still waiting for a response. I would just like a refund or a unit that is working. Very disappointed in Takealot.
