Takealot disappointment

This morning a bought products from Takealot. A few hours later I phoned their offices to cancel the products. Apparently I cannot cancel the products and get my money back because they already sent it to the courier for deliver even though I can see on the tracking option that they give on their website it only shows that they received my payment. Delivery date is only for 16/03/2018. I am extremely disappointment in their service
