Takealot disappointing service and unacceptable standards

I placed an order with takealot on the 5th December which was paid for.I had ordered a navi force watch for women.On the 12th of December I received an email to advise me the order is canceled and my money is in my account the watch has been advertised incorrectly.That is not my problem after giving it serious thought after waiting for a year for the watch to be reduced in price,takealot I want the watch at the price advertised,It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional the manner in which you have conducted business.I am a regular customer and this matter needs to be taken up with your advertising team.Even more unprofessional there is no contact number or email address for customers to contact takelot on.Really disappointing and poor service.Deal bug advertised the watch ensure it is delivered and I will pay the amount it was advertised for. ***
