Takealot disappointing customer service

Takealot is disappointing, after three months I am still sending them emails regarding my returned parcel that was delivered with missing items, they are refusing to refund me after they themselves suggested I request for a refund. I have not gotten any joy with these people whatsoever or have they even had an audacity to call me to make me understand where exactly a hold is up from getting my parcel or refund instead, they put a BLAME on their supplier, such customer services are disrespectful and shows no care for their customers.
