Takealot disappointing and unprofessional service

Im very disappointed with takealot i placed an order on the 17th of January 2022 and the delivery date was set for the 21st of January 2022. On the morning of the 21st around 7am i received a call from one of the drivers confirming my addresd which i did confirm, around 1pm i receive an email asking me to confirm my address again which i did respond to and confirm my address. But still no delivery was made. On the 22nd again i received another email asking me to confirm my address again and this time i decided to change the address to a friends address still no delivery was made. I sent a follow up email and the response i got was that my parcel was rerouted and was misplaced but once they recover it they will send it out that email was sent on the 24th of January and that was the last i heard from takealot. On the 25th and 26th i have been trying to find out the progress of the delivery still no responses from takealot. The service is very disappointing and very unprofessional i regret why i placed the order with them. I even went as far as asking for a refund still no response. What surprises me even more is that i also placed an order with Superbalist which happens to be in chain with Takealot and Superbalist had no issues with the address the delivery was smooth. This was the 1st and last time i buy from takealot.
