Takealot Disappointing

Shocking service from Takealot. I sent my Apple Air pods in as they are faulty. They are still under warranty. The policy is you will receive them back in 14-21 days. I don't think they were even evaluated. Eventually 27 days later and after numerous follow up emails I receive them back in the most shocking condition. The box looks like it came out of the ******* bin. That is not how they looked when I sent them in. Why has Takealot just sent them back to me with no reason????? Especially considering they are still under warranty?????
